Abstract : Epulis is one of the benign tumors of the gingival mucosa whose management is based on excision. However, for various reasons, a recurrence of the lesion may be observed. The aim of this work was to illustrate, through a clinical case, the use of the thermal effect of a rotating instrument combined with the coronarially displaced flap in the Management of a recurrent epulis. It was a gingival
lesion that had been evolving for more than 5 years and required four unsuccessful surgeries. The oral examination revealed a hyperplastic pseudotumor of a slightly rounded or raspberry shape located in the vestibular from 34 to 41. After the initial therapy, the lesion was removed by the thermal effect of a rotating instrument combined with the coronally displaced flap (LDC). Six months after the procedure, the gingival mucosa was clinically healthy with no recurrence and no gum recession.

pandemic.
Results : The findings from the statistical study revealed that 34.2% of dentists were moderately stressed about the pandemic's impact on their practice, and 5.8% reported being highly stressed. Concerns about patients' health caused stress for 70.7% of dentists, while 45.7% expressed stress
regarding their professional situation. Additionally, 93.3% of dentists aged over 55 reported feeling stressed for their personal health.
Conclusion : In conclusion, the COVID-19 pandemic has led to both professional and economic repercussions for dentists. The study highlighted that the appearance of psychological symptoms like fear, anxiety, and stress significantly
affected the work of dentists.

A descriptive prospective study with N = 100 was conducted at an OC / E department in Algiers.
The objectives were to evaluate the TE efficacy rate of endovac irrigation during ClONa root canal disinfection in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis. A clinical and radiographic evaluation as well as a bacteriological sample before and after disinfection were carried out on a sample of single and double-rooted teeth from an adult population. The follow-up period was 18 months. The results at 9 months: out of the 66 controls, the efficiency rate was 83.33%. At 18 months, 92 teeth were checked, none of which were painful or mobile, 85% of the teeth, most of which had an Orstavik LIPOE score of 4, had evolved to a score of 1, 2 or 3, compared to only 5 whose lesion had not regressed and 2 teeth had been extracted due to lack of motivation. 10 teeth out of the 92, whose radiographic score at 18 months was between 1 and 2, had a positive culture after endodontic disinfection. Streptococcus Sp was the predominant microorganism on the 15 persistent ones. The efficiency rate at the level of the 62 teeth that had satisfied the protocol of which six controls were established was 95.16%. Based on the result, the technique seems promising on all levels, since the efficiency rate is ? to that of the other techniques (88.4%), with a better control of the side effects.
However, the problem of persistent microorganisms at the end of preparation, mainly Streptococcus Sp, Enterococcus Sp. and Actinomyces, remains. In addition, the system is bulky and requires dexterity of the practitioner with sophisticated equipment whose cost remains high.
